| 摘 要： | 高校学报资料室是高校信息服务的重要机构，它与图书馆的功能相同，是储存借阅资料的场所，是教师和科研人员获取新知识、新经验、新成果的信息处所，它在教学和科研中有十分重要的地位和作用。要做好这项工作，就务必抓好学报资料室的建设和管理，开展积极有效的文献情报服务，使学报资料在教学和科研工作中发挥更大的作用。
