| 摘 要： | 中国企业正处于生存与发展的关键时期,面临许多复杂问题,其中最关键的问题是技术创新与文化环境重建。文化环境对技术创新系统既有促进作用,又有约束作用,同时二者相互适应和调整。中国国际性企业文化既要汲取、弘扬中国民族传统文化中的创新精神和博大智慧,又要具有全球文化与本土文化相统一、多元文化相融合的特征。要改良和重建民族文化中对企业国际化竞争产生负面影响的内容,必须博采众长,优化组合。

Technological Innovation System and the Rebuilding of Cultural Environment of International Enterprises |

| Abstract: | Chinese enterprises, facing many complex problems, are in the critical period of existence and development. The most crucial problem is technological innovation and the rebuilding of cultural environment. Culture environment acts on technological innovation system actively and restrictedly. Chinese international enterprise culture should not only draw nourishment from innovative spirits and wisdom of Chinese traditional culture and have the characteristic of integration of global culture and local culture, but also improve and rebuild the content that has negative effect on competition among enterprises. |
