| 摘 要： | 介绍了团体贷款在外国已取得的成就和在我国的发展情况。利用博弈论方法比较了团体贷款与普通贷款的区别,得出了团体贷款比个人贷款还款率更高的结论。并分析了最优的团体贷款规模。
