| 摘 要： | 本文结合分析信息的本质提出了如下的信息概念的哲学定义：信息是客观世界中物质和能量存在及变动的有序形式,以及自组织系统对于这个形式的能动的反映和改组。此外还探讨了信息功能的重心随着人类改造世界的实践活动的发展所发生的历史演变：从报道何种可能性变成了现实性到促使合理的可能性变成现实性。

| Abstract: | This text analyses the essence of information, advancing the philosophical definition of concept "information" as follows: the information is the ordered form of movement of matter and energy as well as the active reflection and reorganization of this form in self-organizing systems. In addition, it deal with the historical evolution of informations main function along with the progress of humans practical ac- tivities that transform the world, that is: from telling which possibility has become reality to helping the reasonable possibility to become reality. |
