| 摘 要： | 和谐社会同样存在和贯穿着利益矛盾和利益冲突，因直接利益诉求而诱发的“非直接利益冲突”成为当前我国较具普遍性的社会现象之一。防范措施在于：在理性认识上要辩识冲突是社会和谐一个内生的变量，使理想与现实、个人与社会之间保持一定张力关系，防止机制性冲突转化为制度性冲突；在实践层面上可通过主体意识的培育与社会资本的积累，完善利益表达机制与增强社会认同等探寻一条利益诉求的路径取向。
