| 摘 要： | 观念是指客观事物在人脑里留下的概括的形象。观念有时只是客观事物在人脑中的表象现象。它既不同于成熟的思想,更不同于系统的理论,但对人们的行为依然有着重要的指导作用。在大学生选择正确的择业行为之前,了解他们的择业观念,能帮助他们产生良好的择业行为。

| Abstract: | A perception means a general image that objective things exist in mind. Sometimes it is only a kind of presentation of objective things in mind. It is different from not only the well-lonsidered ideas, but the systematie theories. However, it still takes a directive effect on human behaviors. Before the college students choose their jobs properly, knowing their ideas of choosing-job can help them to have a good behavior of choosing job. |
