| 摘 要： | 信访工作是高校的一项重要工作,是构建和谐校园的一项基础性工作。相关部门的工作人员一方面要耐心倾听来访群众反映意见,另一方面还要引导群众通过法律渠道来解决合理诉求,努力促进信访工作走上制度化、规范化的轨道。
