A Tentative Study of the Influence of Schman Plan on European History

Plan set up by Mannet is not only the base of movement of European integration but also the entrance to studying the history of EU.The plan executed successfully has an important and permanent effect on European history.First it leads to the foundation of ECSC and marks the beginning of reconciliation between France and German.Second,with the plan begins the process of European integration;and European modern history turns over a new leaf as a result.Third,it makes France replace UK and become the leader of European Community.In addition,it unites West European countries automatically and becomes the first attempt to make them the Third Force beyond USA and USSR.It contributes enormously to building a powerful Europe.
