| 摘 要： | 大学生基层就业担任村官有深远的社会和现实意义。但大学生村官模式在现实中却面临着大学生基层就业难以发挥有效作用、吸引力不够等问题。为增强这一政策的实践性,应从转变大学生就业观念、严肃选任、健全保障机制、创新管理模式、持续帮扶、开展校市及校县合作等六个方面建立大学生村官长效机制。

| Abstract: | It is of great social and practical significance for university students to work as village officials.Because of the lack of attraction,the mode of university students serving as village officials is difficult to fulfill the effective purpose.To solve these problems,we should realize the following six aspects: altering university students' employment views,making serious selection and appointment,strengthening supporting system,innovating management mode,providing continuous support,and devoloping the cooperation between universities and cities as well as universities and counties. |
