Comment on Karl Popper's Historical Phylosophy

This article,as an evaluation of the historical Philosophy in Karl Popper's representative work The Poverty of Historicism ,is made up of three parts:the first part offers a brief introduction to the basic views with regard to Popper's historical philosophy namely,the irregularity of history,the imprediction of history,and his condemning of holism and Preaching of "gradual social project";the secomd part analyzes the detail of his logical argumentation;the third part further to discuss and evaluate his theoretical presentations in light of historical regularity,totalism and human's activity .Finally, popper's historical phylosophy is incorrect but brings us some lightments from its opposite.
