我国当前的信任危机与社会安全

当前中国社会中存在严重的信任危机。信任危机对中国的社会安全造成了严重危害。从经济方面来说,它妨碍社会主义市场经济的发育,造成经济效率的损失和经济秩序的紊乱;从政治方面来说,它削弱党和国家的政治领导,损害行政效能;从社会方面来说,它破坏社会团结,增加社会风险,阻碍社会发展。为此,我们要充分认识社会信任危机的严重危害,采取长期、中期、近期等不同层次的社会政策,标本兼治,消除信任危机。

Crisis of Trust and Social Security in Contemporary China

Chinese society is seeing increasingly serious crisis of trust,which brings grave damages to the social security. From the perspective of economics, it impedes the development of the socialist market economy, makes losses of economic efficiency and chaos of economic order; from the perspective of politics, it undermines the leadership of the party and government, endangers the administrative efficacy and threatens the political stability; from the perspective of social life, it destroys the social solidarity, increases the social risks and reduces the social well-being. So we must take all measures of long term, middle term and short term to overcome it.
