摘    要:基于当代和谐管理理论,从基础性和谐、匹配性和谐、适应性和谐和功能性和谐四个层次来把握企业人力资源管理制度安排的和谐问题,可以打破仅仅停留在功能性和谐研究上的原有模式。

Abstract:Based on contemporary harmonious management theory,the issue concerning the Implementation of enterprise human resource management system is discussed according to the harmonies of foundation,compatibility and adaptability and as well as harmonious functions,by which the former mode of its function study is expanded.On the basis stated above the essential ways for implementing the enterprise manpower resource management system is put forward.
