With the progress of society,sports and games become an indispensable part in our daily life.As a result,opportunities for business arise and physical education(P.E)industry is formed.In the light of the theories of industrial organizations,China's P.E.industry enters into a growing stage.Its market structure and behavior are not so rational.Hence we must make good use of all favourable circumstances,protect P.E,i.e,a thriving industry,form P.E.companies and cultivate personnel who are able to manage P.E.business.In this way,the internationalization of competition will be promoted at home.And China's P.E industry will be developing healthily.
