哈耶克“自发秩序”新探

哈耶克所提出的"自发秩序"概念包含两个基点:一是社会秩序的自发性,二是个体的自由性。哈耶克认为社会历史是"自发秩序"的演进,也许和资本主义历史实际不相符合,但"自发秩序"作为一种对社会历史的解释,不在于揭示历史文本的本来面目,而在于解释的现实意义,即个人自由向社会秩序的转化不能遵循少数精英的理性,采取强制变迁,而是通过自由平等对话、解释、博弈、实践,获得个体认同的过程。
