| 摘 要： | 研究了金融服务贸易自由化静态福利效应,以建立的“竞争驱动”模型分析了动态福利效应,指出这些福利效应都是潜在的,要依赖于一些特定的约束条件才能实现,并且这些约束条件的消除程度决定了能从金融服务贸易自由化中获得收益的多寡程度,最后依据中国的现状,从金融企业、行业和政府3个方面分析了这些约束条件。

| Abstract: | The author has analyzed the content of static and dynamic states of the welfare effect of liberalization of financial service in trade, indicating that all of the welfare is potential to the development countries, and some special restricted conditions are also working in the same time. And the more restricted conditions to be removed the more welfare can be gained. At the last part, the author has studied the restricted conditions in China based on the actual situation in sectors like financial corporation, industry and the government. |
