浅谈中小型民营企业的发展及革新

回望历史,在计划经济向市场经济转型的过渡当中,一大批中小型民营企业已经逐渐成为了国内自由竞争市场的中坚力量。随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展,鼓励私营经济,放宽政府管束、国退民进已经成为国家政策的又一新篇章,而家族式管理已成为制约其发展的瓶颈。因而,树立新的企业理念,以组织结构到管理制度进行革新,是走出这一瓶颈的出路,也是民营企业改革成功的关键。

On the Development and the Innovation in Medium and Small Scale Private Enterprises

Reviewing the history,in the course of transform from plan economy to market economy,a great deal of medium-and-small-scale enterprises have become the backbone in the free-competed market at home. Following the deepening of the reform and opening up and developing of market economy,national policies have entered into a new chapter to encourage private businesses and liberalize government control. But the family control hampers the development of private enterprises. The key to go out of the bottleneck and make success is to establish the new operational idea and make innovation from organization structure to management system.
