| Abstract: | The semantic meaning of words about historical events entails and carries the social cultural psychology that the people engage in social activities have. Under the condition of the modem intemet communication, the semantic meaning of words about historical events can produce huge social rallying point and cohesive force which can have positive and negative effects on the expression of public discourses by the public figures. |
