摘    要:女研究生就业与构建和谐社会密切相关。传统社会性别规范制约着女研究生人力资源的开发与合理配置。社会性别影响着女研究生个人和劳动力市场双向选择的过程和结果,女研究生就业个人选择受到传统社会性别约束,劳动力市场存在社会性别偏见。在此基础上。提出提高女研究生就业竞争力的若干对策,目的在于提高女研究生的就业竞争力,打破“女性就业难”的性别怪圈。

Abstract:It is a social problem that female postgraduates are hard to find suitable employment in labor market.Gender culture still has a strong effect on the interaction between female postgraduates and labor market.This article introduces gender theory to analyze problems suffered by female postgraduates in job finding.Personal and labor market factors that influence female postgraduates to find a suitable employment are examined in gender perspective.Some useful suggestions are given for promoting the employment of female postgraduate.The purpose of this article is to help female postgraduates to find a suitable job.It is also helpful to eliminate sex discrimination in labor market.
