| 摘 要： | 隐私权的法律保护是现代法治国家对公民人身权保护的一项重要内容。对公民隐私权的保护必然与公民的另一项基本权利———知情权发生冲突。隐私权与知情权的立法刻不容缓,解决隐私权与知情权的冲突已成为一个无法回避的问题。

| Abstract: | Legal protection for the private right is an important part of the protection for the right of a person in modern country governed by law. Protection to citizen's private right must conflict with the right in the know. The legislation of private right and the right in the know is becoming even more urgent. The conflict of solving the private right and the right in the know has already become a problem that can't be avoided. |
