| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是立德树人的重要载体，在大学文化建设中具有独特的地位和作用。当前高校图书馆在大学文化传承创新中依然存在影响力小、活动吸引力弱、本土文化地位不稳固等问题。为了更好地发挥高校图书馆在大学文化传承与创新中的作用，高校图书馆还应从加强自身建设、注重育人协同、创新工作载体等三方面着手。

| Abstract: | University library is the bearer of education.It plays a unique and yet vital role in the construction of university culture.Nowadays,the innovation based on legacy of libraries cultures in universities are yet confronted with such challenges as low influence,scarce attractiveness in their activities,instability of local culture.To better its role in university culture innovation,the library should enhance its own development,focus on educating readers,and update its bearer of library work. |
