| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国国际影响力不断增强，中华美食也逐渐走向世界。为推动我国美食文化名扬海内外，中式菜名的英译成为其中尤为重要的一个环节。在概述关联理论相关内容的基础上，分析了关联理论对不同中式菜名翻译方法在具体实践中的指导作用，并结合例子加以探讨，以便人们进一步了解菜名翻译的要点，从而深化在目的语中的翻译效果。
