| 摘 要： | 认识和把握思想政治工作的规律,是制定思想政治工作方针和政策的客观依据,也是加强和改进思想政治工作的重要前提。思想政治工作的内在规律主要包括:主体客体认同规律、内化外化统一规律、宏观微观交汇规律、适应超越结合规律、倡优祛劣并举规律、思想转化递进规律、事理辩证统一规律、多种手段综合规律等。

| Abstract: | Understanding and seizing the ideological and political law is the objective foundation of formulating a policy and the important premise of strengthening and improving the work.The inherent law of ideological and political work includes the law of identifying subject with object,the law of uniting externalization with internalization,the law of integrating macroscopic education with microcosmic education,the law of combining adapting and transcendence,the law of initiating superior and dispelling inferior,the law of increasing ideological transition,the dialectical and unitary law of reason,and the law of integrating varied means. |
