| 摘 要： | 信任危机是目前社会研究中不可回避的问题,信任危机限制了个体之间的互动及其与群体的融合,而且影响政治、法律制度的实施,对社会经济的发展起着阻碍作用。因而应重视信道建设。而信道建设的关键是要加强关于信义的法制建设,要注重个人品格修养和价值观的重建。

| Abstract: | This article holds the view that the study of the crisis of trust is an unavoidable research project for the present time .With regard to humannature,through the analysis on the effect created by the crisis by the crisis of trust and on the reasons why it is coming into being,the article objectively takes a detailed explication of the traditional culture in the construction of trust from the perspective of historical philosophy and offers a way of the construction of contemporary morals of trust. |
