| 摘 要： | 新中国成立之初,邓子恢对我国水土流失的成因及水土保持的重要性、基本原则、具体措施、组织基础、政策保证等内容进行了一系列的科学论述,形成了系统的水土保持思想.长期关注和领导水土保持工作的丰富经历、注重调查研究的工作作风、始终坚持马克思主义生态观、注重总结各地群众的水土保持经验是其思想形成的主要原因.邓子恢的水土保持思想对当前我国的水土保持工作和生态文明建设具有重要的现实指导意义.

| Abstract: | DENG Zihui discoursed the soil and water conservation thought of the main causes of soil and water erosion, the importance, the basic principle, organizational foundation of the soil and water conservation after new China was founded. He focused on and led to maintenance of the soil and water conservation. He kept the research - oriented work style and he always adhered to the Marxist doctrine of ecological view. He combined the experiences of the masses. All of these are the main sources of its ideological content. DENG Zihui＇s soil and water conservation thought has important practical significance of promoting of soil and water conservation work and socialist ecological civilization. |
