论战后苏丹与美国关系的演变

苏丹自1956年独立以来,与美国的关系一波三折.两国关系之所以呈现出这样的状况,除了国家利益的因素外,两国奉行相异的意识形态及当时的国际环境也是重要因素.自尼迈里政府以来,两国关系先后经历了交好期、恶化期、调整期三个时期.1997年以后,国家政治经济发展的需要迫使苏丹调整与美国的关系,实现两国关系正常化.从长远来看,两国仍然会保持一种特殊关系,这是符合两国利益的互利共赢的选择.

Relation Evolution between Sudan and the US after Post-World War H

The relations between Sudan and the US have been very complex since Sudan gained independence. The following reasons can account for the appearance of this phenomenon, besides state＇s interests, the factors of their own ideology and interna- tional environment also play an important role. The relations between the two countries have experienced close poriod, deteriora- tion period, and adjustment period since Mohamed Nimeri came into power. After 1997, Sudan was made to adjust its policies to America due to the political and economic development needs, and finally bilateral relations back to normality. In the long run, a special relation will be kept between the two countries, because mutual benefits and win-win goal will be achieved in the two countries.
