《崇让论》与魏晋社会转型

《崇让论》是魏晋更替之际吏部郎刘寔为即将出现的司马氏王朝设计的整顿吏治、调谐统治集团内部关系的理想方案。司马昭灭蜀后,改朝换代在即,朝中一些司马昭的心腹高官纷纷上书为其出谋划策,提出诸多治国理政构想。《崇让论》从认定官员选拨标准和官吏晋升方式入手,探讨统治集团内不同阶层合理流动的途径,以期使司马氏政权充满活力。刘寔在其中提出了政治人物应该具备的道德观和新生统治政权应该建立的社会秩序。

Promoting Theory of Humility and Political Order In the Early Jin Dynasty

Promoting Theory of Humility an ideal plan for the coming Sima Dynasty made by Liu Shi, aiming at reshaping bureaucracy and coodinating the internal relationship of dominance hierarchies. It was time to substitute a new regime for the old when Shu Dynasty was destroyed. Some trusted subordinates of Si Mazhao submited a written statement to him to give advice and suggestions about running a state and government. Pro- moting Theory of Humility mainly focused on the way of selecting system and promotion in selecting competent officials, talking about the right way and means of flow of talents in the government to make Sima regime full of energy and vigor. Liu Shi proposed that politicians should be equipped with the moral sense and social order established by newly born regime.
