坚持正确有效的舆论导向几个问题的探讨

坚持正确有效的舆论导向，必须处红好宣传思想工作中的几个辩证关系：如坚持主旋律与多样化的统一、经济效益与社会效益的统一、保持舆论常态与及时进行热点引导的辩证统一等。要发挥好舆论的政治导向、思想导向、心理导向和行为导向的作用，并充分运用舆论调控的社会机制，营造良好的舆论环境，有力地推动改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的发展。

Probe into some problems for sticking to the correct guiding orientation of the public opinion

Some dialectical relationships in the propagandistic and ideological work should be well dealt with to stick to the correct and effective guiding orientation of the public opinions. For instance, it is of significance to deal with the relationships of the unity of the main rhythm and the varieties, the unity of economic benefits and the social efficiency, the unity of keeping the normal state of the public opinion and the timely guiding of the burning problems and so on. It is advisable to give full play to the functions of the political guiding orientation, the ideological guiding orientation, and the psychological guiding orientation, as well as the behavior guiding orientation. We should forcefully promote the development of the reform, the opening up, and the modernization and construc tion of socialism by making full use of the adjusting and controlling of the social mechanism, at the same time, by building up better environment of the public opinion.
