| 摘 要： | 在厘清政府效率概念后,设计出我国省级政府效率的综合评价指标体系;在此基础上建立了我国省级政府效率综合评价模型,最后,对1999-2003年我国31个省(直辖市)的政府效率进行了评价分析。 |

| Abstract: | In this article, we first define the government efficiency and then build an evaluation index system of government efficiency, which includes five criterions, 48 basic indexes. In the end, we carry on real example analysis to the government efficiency of each province from1999 to 2003 using the national statistical data from 1999 to 2003. |
