| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革一直是我国经济体制改革的中心环节。目前 ,深化国有企业改革面临着一个绕不开的难题 ,即分流安置企业内的下岗人员和解决破产企业失业人员的再就业问题。特别是在转换企业经营机制、建立现代企业制度和经济结构调整的过程中 ,这个问题已成为国有企业改革能否进一步深化和职工队伍能否保持稳定的大问题 ,已越来越引起社会的普遍关注。通过分析国有企业职工再就业面临的困难和问题 ,探讨了一些摆脱困难和解决问题的措施

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprise reform has still been the center of economic system reform. Today deepening state-owend enterprise reform is facing problems, that is to scatter enterprise laid-off workers and to re-employ the bankrupt enterprise unemployees. Especially in the process of transforming enterprise manage system, establising modern enterprise institution and adjusting economic structure, the problem is drawing more and more attention in society, and decides whether or not state-owned enterprise reform will further and enterprise staff will remain stable. This article analyses the facing troubles and problems of state-owned enterprise staff and discusses some measures of extricating troubles and resolving problems. |
