A Study on the Developmental Space and Policy of Civil-run Economy in West Areas

During expanding developmental space of civil-run economy,we must focus on speeding up infrastructure building,protecting and constructing ecological environment,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure and advancing development of science and technology as well as education.At the same time,we also have to emphasize some problems relating to joining WTO,ie.,civil treatment,enterprises' circulating funds,system of protecting property rights,strengthening administration and service,and then make highly effective countermeasures.
