| 摘 要： | 本文揭示了当前影响临床医学专业学位培养质量的因素 ,提出了加强临床能力培养、建立科学合理的管理制度、严格考核、建立质量监督评估体系、加强导师队伍建设、加强政治思想教育与管理等一系列进一步提高培养质量的办法与措施。

| Abstract: | After an investigation and analysis of the education and management of the first experimental unit of the Master's Professional Degree of Clinical Medicine of Central South University, the article reveals the mostly causation to affect the education quality. Thus several measures for ensuring better education quality are to strengthen their clinical quality, to establish scientific and strict regulations of management, to build up a rigid check up system, to set up an intact system of quality supervisions and evaluation, to better the management of the tutors and professors, and the last but not the least, to enhance the education of political ideology. |
