| 摘 要： | 理论和实践考察均证明我国的利率市场化改革势在必行.当前改革中的主要难点有:经济运行主体行为非市场化,金融风险的防范与化解,经济环境、监管体制的不完善等.改革成功的关键点在于基准利率的确定和放开的顺序及路径.借鉴国际经验,我国改革应当采取渐进式、增量式,引入市场竞争模式和机构竞争模式.

| Abstract: | Theories and practices have proved that our country must carry out interest rate market-orientation. At present, the difficulties in such transformation are the non-market-orientation of actions of corpus in economic operation, guarding against and dissolving financial risks, and the imperfection of economic environment and managerial system. The success of the transformation lies in the determination of the base interest rate, the order and the path. Drawing lessons from the international experience, we should carry out our transformation gradually and by degrees, introducing the market competitive system and the competitive mode of organizations. |
