论当代西方人本主义课程观对传统课程理论的超越

摘    要:传统课程结构历来以传授事实性知识的学科课程为主,延续至今,已与知识经济时代对人才的需要日益背离。在批判传统课程理论中存在的压抑学生个性、忽视学生主体性和灌输教学过度等弊端的基础上,当代西方人本主义心理学指导下的课程观便应运而生,它强调要以培养"自我实现"的人为课程目标、根据学生多种需要选择课程内容、以"非指导性教学"来实施课程,从而实现对传统课程理论的反叛与超越。

Abstract:For a long time,the structure of traditional course gives first place to the discipline of passing on fact knowledge.However,up to now,it gradually has deviated from the requirements of knowledge-based economy.On the basis of criticizing a variety of abuses of traditional course theory,including holding back students’ individuality,ignoring their going-aheadism,inpouring teaching excessively,etc.,the viewpoint of contemporary humanism course of the West just arises meanwhile.It stresses on taking cultivating "self-realization" person as course target,choosing course contention according to students’ various needs,prefering humanity to science as its course characteristic,using "no-direction-teaching" to put course into practice,and then realizing its superiority to the traditiona course theory.
