| 摘 要： | 本文全面分析了拆迁纠纷产生的根源和拆迁运作过程中的主要弊端 ,并以利益平衡的观点、运用博弈论的方法解决拆迁中的纠纷。在此基础上 ,对规范拆迁行为提出建设性的意见 ,以期在拆迁人和被拆迁人之间找到利益的平衡点 ,既实现拆迁人的经济利益 ,又维护被拆迁人的合法权益 ,保证城市建设的顺利进行

| Abstract: | This essay analyses comprehensively the root of the disputes and the defects in city demolition, and tries to solve the problems in city demolition with the Game Theory. Based on this, the author makes some constructive suggestions concerning how to regulate the demolition to achieve the balance of benefit between the demolisher and the demolished, therefore protecting the legal rights of all the parties involved and assuring that city construction can be carried out successfully. |
