| Abstract: | Institutions of higher Learning shall aim at getting students train in innovative consciousness and creativity. This paper puts forward some points noticeable in practicing innovative education: innovation of notions; innovation of management system; innovation of teaching contents, teaching methods, and teaching measures; and establishment of a democratic, liberal, and open cultural atmosphere. |
