| 摘 要： | 研究乡镇政府公信力建设具有如下意义：促进马克思主义国家学说在中国的发展、拓展马克思主义的社会治理理论、丰富和谐社会理论。对乡镇政府公信力建设的研究具有现实紧迫性,必须在掌握乡镇政府权力运行过程以及运作规律基础上构建符合乡镇政府特性的公信力指标体系。

| Abstract: | Studying on town government's public credibility construction in China has the following meansings promoting the development of Marxist national theory in China,developing Marxist social control theory and enriching harmonious society theory.It is a realistic urgency to study town government's public credibility construction,the index system that accords with town government's character must be constructed on the basis of mastering the power process and regular of town government. |
