| 摘 要： | 世界各国在反垄断执法机构的设置上存有各种立法例,我国《反垄断法》审议创设反垄断执法机构具有现实选择性,界分其权能配置问题,实质上是阐明反垄断案件调查机制的理论前提.本文从反垄断执法机构调查权限的角度探究了我国反垄断案件调查的原则性机制.

| Abstract: | The different countries have different kinds of legislation regulations in the counter-monopoly law enforcement agency establishment,and "Counter-monopoly Law" in China is considered to have the realistic selectivity to establish the counter-monopoly law enforcement agency,and the question of its power disposition,in essence,is the theory premise of expounding the counter-monopoly case investigation mechanism.This paper inquires into our principal counter-monopoly mechanism in China in the scope of the investigating power of counter-monopoly law enforcement agency. |
