高校班级心理委员胜任特征实证研究

目的：编制问卷研究高校班级心理委员胜任特征。方法：采用文献研究、行为事件访谈、问卷调查等方法,编制《高校班级心理委员胜任特征研究问卷》,对浙江海洋学院450名班级心理委员进行测查,并进行探索性和验证性因素分析。结果：高校班级心理委员胜任特征结构包括自我概念、心理特质、动机、自我管理能力、组织管理能力、知识结构、沟通协调能力7个因素,七个维度上的分量表信度在0.775到0.924之间,各项目在所属维度的载荷介于0.446-0.755之间,累计方差解释量达65.745%。验证性因素分析的结果显示,测量模型与实际数据的的拟合度良好,χ2/df=1.844,RMSEA=0.057,CFI=0.98,IFI=0.98,NFI=0.96,GFI=0.79,AGFI=0.77。结论：所编制的《高校班级心理委员胜任特征研究问卷》的信度和效度均达到了测量学的要求,可以在高校班级心理委员的选拔、培训、考核中使用。

An Empirical Study on the Competence of Class Psychological Commissioners in College

Objective： To design and carry out a draft questionnaire———the competence of class psychological commissioners in colleges.Methods： In the essay,literature research,behavioral incidents investigation,open questionnaire and full questionnaire were adopted.Meanwhile,a questionnaire was designed and carried out among 450 psychological commissioners in Zhejiang Ocean University and a research was made for its applicability.Results： The whole scale and seven dimension coefficients were 0.775-0.924. Exploratory factor analysis of survey results showed that the seven-dimensional structure of the project load in their dimensions ranged from 0.446 to 0.755;the total variance explained amounted to 65.745 percent.The results of CFA showed that the measurement model fit the data well： χ2/df=1.844,RMSEA=0.057,CFI=0.98,IFI=0.98,NFI=0.96,GFI=0.79,AGFI=0.77.Conclusion： The reliability and validity of the draft questionnaire——the competence of class psychological commissioners in colleges meet the needs of psychometrics well.It can be used to select,train and evaluate class psychological commissioners in colleges.
