On the Countermeasures for the Transformation and Upgrading of Private Enterprises Relying on the New Development of Marine Economy in Zhoushan

With the State Council＇s approval of the establishment of Zhoushan Archipelago new area and the pilot zone of Zhejiang marine economic development,private enterprises in Zhoushan City are facing an unprecedented historical opportunity for development. This article examines closely the current development of private economy and business,analyzes the main issues affecting their development and growth from the perspective of theory and practice,explores new ways for transformation and upgrading,and proposes that we should seize the new opportunities of marine economic development,strengthen government guidance and support,speed up transformation and upgrading,make pilot efforts,take the initiatives and strive to build the scale of the development of advantageous marine industries and to enhance the overall strength of private enterprises in Zhoushan so as to create new glories.
