论自由、管理和心理管理——《心理管理导论》序言

人类不仅需要追逐自由，而且需要追逐管理。自由和管理的制约和平衡是推动人类社会进步的动力。当下，由于社会对“以人为本”的大力倡导，追逐管理已经达到一个追逐心理管理的阶段。心理管理就是对心理的管理，以此角度切入管理的内涵、过程和特点，是对“如何管理”的一个新的探索。本文对“自由”、“管理”和“心理管理”进行了一些哲学性的思考，希望能从中找到彼此间的联系和发展的规律，从而为人类社会的顺利运行和发展打下思想、理论的基础。

On Liberty, Management and Psychological Management——A Preamble to An Introduction to Psychological Management

Human beings not only need to pursue liberty, but also management. The check and balance between freedom and management is the driving force to promote the progress of human society. Currently, as the society advocates vigorously the ＂peopleoriented＂concept, the pursuit of management has reached the stage of pursuing psychological management. Psychological management refers to the management of mentality, which offers a new perspective to examine the content, process and characteristics of management and a starting point to explore how to manage. In this paper, philosophical thoughts about liberty, management and psychological management are given with an attempt to find links and development rules between them so as to lay an ideological and theoretical foundation for the smooth development of human society.
