A few weeks have passed since the magnitude-8 earthquake razed large areas of Southwest China's Sichuan Province at 2:28 pm on May 12.Despite their intense suffering,the quake victims are holding strong and withstanding the catastrophe.In this edition,Women of China recounts some of the touching stories about rescuers,relief workers,and the victims and their sheer determination to overcome the disaster.It is our hope that their experiences will give you the courage and strength needed to live better lives.
