| 摘 要： | 本文研究了改革开放三十年间中国外交政策思想发展的过程及其意义.文章主旨是梳理和分析三十年来中国外交理念与外交实践之间相互激荡的三个阶段以及它所带来的重大转变.在这些相互激荡中,中国外交理念发生了五个重要的转变:从战争与革命到和平与发展的转变;从意识形态主导到经济发展优先的转变;从反国际体系到融入国际体系的转变;从阵营外交到全方位外交的转变;从双边外交到双边与多边结合并日益突出多边外交作用的转变.这些转变不仅对于中国过去的三十年,而且对于未来的进一步发展都具有十分深刻的意义.
