| Abstract: | Promulgation of No.16 Documents made a foundation for the systematic construction of ideological and political education in the colleges and universities.According to spirit of central authority,colleges and universities should make their efforts to create a new situation of ideological and political education in the colleges and universities by insisting on bringing the positive role of political education team into play,seeking problems in the systematic process and solving them. |
