| 摘 要： | 当代世界和平面临的挑战很多,变化不定的国际格局、霸权主义与恐怖主义的斗争、武器失控与军备竞争等一类的问题是其中的主要因素。国际格局变化不定,是危及世界和平的一个重要因素。活跃在国际格局变化中各种力量的较量在历史上常常引起战争,当代国际格局的变化蕴涵着危害国际和平的不确定因素。霸权主义不仅导致追求霸权的国家或国家集团的战争,而且引发包括恐怖主义这种极端形式在内的各种反对霸权主义的战争。历史上,军备竞赛活动是重开战端的前奏。武器扩散与军备竞赛是幕后的战争,影响着现有的国际格局均势,客观上将为某些国家或集团谋求在国际格局中的优势地位创造条件。

| Abstract: | There are so many challenges to current world peace,among which,the important factors are the challenges such as protean configuration of international power,struggles between hegemonism and terrorism,losing control of weaponry and armament competition.Protean configuration of international power is an important factor which endangers the world peace.The bouts among those forces in a protean configuration of international power often caused war in history,and there are uncertain factors hidden in current protean configuration of international power.Hegemonism caused not only wars among nations,but brought various anti-hegemonism war as well,which included terrorism,a extremity means of anti-hegemonism.Armament competition in history is always prelude of war.Pervasion of armament and armament competition are the war hidden behind-the-screen,which break the balance of the configuration of international power and benefit for the countries in seeking predominance in the configuration of international power. |
