摘    要:大学生就业难一直是全社会关注的焦点,理工科女大学生作为大学生的组成部分,其就业难更是就业市场上的一个普遍现象,她们就业率低、就业质量差、就业保障不健全。究其原因,除了客观因素外,从理工科女大学生自身来看,主要在于其自身定位不准、综合素质不高、就业心理不健康。面对巨大的就业压力,理工科女大学生应不断完善自己,积极转变就业观念,增强自身综合实力,调整就业心态。同时,社会和高校也有责任利用现有条件帮助理工科女大学生,以实现女大学生对自身的超越,达到成功就业的目的。

Abstract:Employment difficulty of university students has been the attentive tbcus in the society. Female university students of science and engineering as a part of university students, their employment difficulty is a common phenomenon in the job market and they have the low employment rate, the poor employment quality and the distempered employment security. The reason mainly lies in the incorrect self-localization of female university students of science and engineering, low comprehensive quality, unhealthy employment psychology. Faced with enormous pressure on employment, they should constantly improve themselves, actively change their concept of employment, enhance their comprehensive strength, regulating employment mentality. But society and universities are also responsible for helping female students under current conditions, in order that they can achieve self transcendence and employment purposes.
