高校教师职业倦怠的产生与解决对策

摘    要:职业倦怠是一种常见的职业心理疾病,而高校教师是职业倦怠易发群体。高校教师职业倦怠的表现是情感枯萎、人格异化、处事消极、自我效能感低等。引发高校教师职业倦怠的原因是多方面的,主要可以从相关理论和具体因素两方面进行查找。预防高校教师的职业倦怠,可采取以下对策:教师应确立合理的职业期望和定位,社会和高校应注重减轻教师的心理压力,高校应提升教师的自身素质、提高对教师的扶助力度、关注教师的个人发展等。

Abstract:Burnout is a common occupational mental illness, and university teachers are prone to burnout. The emotional burnout withered, personality alienation, doing things negative and low self-efficacy are the performance of teachers' career burnout. Teachers burnout are caused by many reasons, but it often can be found out from related theory and specific factors. These countermeasures can be taken to prevent teachers' burnout that improve their own quality of teachers, establish reasonable career expectations and positioning, so society and universities should pay attention to alleviating the psychological pressure of teachers, and universities should increase efforts to support teachers, and concern the personal development of teachers.
