摘    要:人力资源市场作为整个市场体系的重要组成部分,在人力资源配置中起着基础性作用.延边州人力资源既存在优势、劣势,也存在机遇和挑战.目前,加强人力资源建设:一是要提高从业人员素质,完善市场服务功能;二是要充分发挥本地人才优势,打造特色品牌人才;三是要加强人力资源市场监管力度,规范监管制度;四是要做好智力人才引进和毕业生就业工作,促进人力资源市场健康发展.

Abstract:Human resource market is an important part of the marketing system and plays a fundamental role in human resource distribution. Human resource in Yanbian Prefecture has pe- culiar advantages though obvious disadvantages can be found. As opportunities and challenges co- exist, it is necessary to enhance the construction of human resource as foilows: 1. to improve the quality of the employees and perfect the service function of the market; 2. to make full play of the advantages of local talents and build brand talent groups with local features; 3. to strengthen the supervision over the market and regulate the systems concerned; 4. to introduce more intelligent personnel and make efforts to arrange the employment of college students so as to forward the healthy development of human resource market.
