以总部经济提升首都经济综合竞争力

“总部经济”是经济发展到一定阶段产生的一种经济现象,对城市产业结构优化和竞争力提升具有重要意义。本文首先介绍总部经济的概念、内在机理,指出总部经济是对首都经济发展战略的深化和拓展,并从首都资源综合利用、产业结构升级、首都城市功能的实现、环渤海区域合作的角度探讨北京发展总部经济对提升首都经济综合竞争力的重要作用。最后,在分析北京总部经济发展的现状以及发展总部经济的优势的基础上,提出北京总部经济发展走在全国前列需要重点解决的几个问题。

Study on the Promoting the Competitiveness of Beijing Economy by the Development of Headquarters Economy

Headquarters economy is a kind of economic phenomenon in a certain stage of Economy development. It is very important to optimize the urban industrial structure and promote the city competitiveness. The article introduces the concept of Headquarters Economy and inherent mechanism, points out that Headquarters Economy is the promotion and expansion of the development strategy of Beijing Economy. It probes the important functions to develop the Headquarters Economy in Beijing from different views including the utilizing resources, upgrading industrial structure, realizing the function of capital and the regional cooperation of BoHai Sea Area. At last, the article analyzes the current situation and strengths to develop the Headquarters Economy and puts forward some problems that should be solved in the course of the development of the Headquarters Economy in Beijing.
