| 摘 要： | 社区是社会的细胞，和谐社区是和谐社会建设的基础和前提。社区党建工作是构建和谐社区的核心，必须不断创新社区党建的工作思路、组织设置和活动载体，通过扎实有效的社区党建工作为和谐社区建设提供强有力的政治、思想和组织保证，为推进和谐社区建设提供坚实的支撑。
