| 摘 要： | 随着资本监管要求的日益严格和参与市场竞争的需要,我国商业银行普遍面临着资本补充的压力。利润积累、改制上市等是商业银行补充资本的重要渠道,资本补充后对资本、股权和公司治理结构等带来了很多变化。同时,我们可以观察到,资本补充尽管渠道很多,但是商业银行也面临着很多的约束条件。因此,综合考量各种内外部因素,探索最适合自身状况的补充渠道才是商业银行资本补充的最优选择。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the city commercial banks develop quickly,but they also face the pressure of the capital complement.By the investigation of capital complement path and analysis of substantial evidence,we can see that it is just strategic choice for the city commercial bank′s capital complement to explore the most suitable complement channel under consideration about inside and outside factors. |
